The use of All-Inkl is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation). We have a legitimate interest in a reliable display of our website, and provided that a consent to data processing has been granted, it is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. We have concluded a data processing agreement (AVV) with the above mentioned provider. This data processing agreement (AVV) is required by data protection law, and guarantees the provider's processing of personal data of our website visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

How long do we store data

Note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Among other things, we use tools of companies with headquarters in the USA or other from data protection perspective non-secure third countries. We point out that in these countries a data protection level comparable to the EU cannot be guaranteed. If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from your storing – may only be processed with your consent, or to exercise, defend or claim legal entitlements, or to protect the rights of other natural or legal persons, or for reasons of important public interest by the European Union or a member state.

Objection to promotion e-mails

We hereby expressly object to the use of contact data published in the context of website legal notice requirements with regard to sending promotional and informational material not expressly requested. We have concluded a contract for order processing with the above mentioned provider. We collect, process and use personal data only as far as necessary for the justification, content, or change of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit.b DSGVO, which allows processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
We collect, process and use personal data on using this website (user data) only as far as necessary to enable the use of the service or to bill the use of the service.
The collected customer data will be deleted after completing the order or end of business relations.
